Spend the day hopping between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, both offering stunning, private beaches. Or enjoy the day kayaking or snorkeling with rentable gear available. Snacks, merchandise, and essentials like water and sunscreen are also available at the onsite store for your convenience.
Bring your bike for an easy way to cruise around the park as it’s quite large. You can even take a hike up to the Old Bahia Honda bridge with panoramic views of the Gulf and Atlantic.
If you love snorkeling Bahia Honda offers an incredible experience. Climb aboard the park’s snorkel boat and head out for an adventure at Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, the most spectacular reef in the Florida Keys. The reef is teeming with ocean life and you can experience an underwater like no other. It’s the perfect spot for all levels of snorkeling enthusiasts. Daily trips are 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and provide 1.5 hours of snorkeling. Trips are weather dependent.
